Those students aged 13 through 17 must be accompanied by an adult registered for the class. For each child registered, an adult must be registered. It is critically important for your child to enjoy pastry-making and be willing to engage in it for 2 or 3 hours. We are happy to welcome families with children under the age of 13 for a private experience..

DO I NEED TO COME WITH MY OWN EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS?

Our test kitchen is equipped so that all our students can work under the best possible conditions. We’ll provide you with everything you’ll need.

DO I NEED TO HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE IN PÂTISSERIE?

No. What counts is your interest in discovering French pâtisserie. Our chef will guide and assist you and provide all the explanations and information you need. Also, more experienced participants will be on hand to encourage you.

ARE YOUR COURSES REALLY HANDS-ON?

Yes. Our goal is to make sure you can perform each step of a recipe yourself so that you can reproduce it at home.  For certain types of preparations, you may be working in a group of 2 (like in all hands-on classes in Paris). You will start from scratch and each one will end the class with the finished product of its labour. We try to be realistic and manage the class in way (and in cost) that is reasonable for participants. Most important, we try not wasting food. For those that do not want to share the work, we would recommend you consider a private class with us.

WILL I GET ANY RECIPES?

Our recipes are given out at the end of each class.

WHAT IF I’VE GOT ALLERGIES?

Don’t hesitate to contact us before reserving your spot in a class to determine whether your allergies are compatible with the recipes we will be working with.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
We ask that you wear comfortable, casual clothing and flat comfortable shoes, long hair should be tied back. Please do not wear open-toed shoes or sandals.

WHAT ABOUT COVID and HEALTH REGULATIONS AND PROTECTION OF STAFF AND THE PUBLIC?
As the COVID is always active, according to his appreciation, our Chef reserves the right to ask you to wear a mask to protect himself and the other participants. He may also ask you to wash your hands several times during the course. Preserving our health and that of our customers is essential; however, if you do not wish to follow these safety instructions, we will ask you to leave the course, with no refund possible.
